Individual athlete/ team fitness testing

Athlete and team testing offers the athlete and clubs access to fitness, power, strength, speed and anthropometric preseason and in-season testing. Tests are chosen from a variety of evidence-based protocols continuously updated through current literature-based evidence.

Testing protocol is delivered and overseen by our team of qualified personnel to ensure a seamless experience for athletes, management, backroom.

Subsequent strength and conditioning programs are designed by test leaders based on the sport and athlete needs analysis resulting from the test results, specific to pre and in season.

Delivery of the program and the expected outcome is determined and agreed on and the athlete/player is directed through the technique of all the exercises. This is achieved in a practical hands on session with our coaches.

Ladies only fitness classes

A mix of cardio and resistance training to encourage women of all ages to come together to get fit and strong in a safe, inclusive small group setting. Cardio training will promote circulation, respiratory and cardiovascular health while resistance training will promote strong bones, muscles and a healthy heart. Our goal is to help women get comfortable in a gym environment and bust the myth that weights will bulk you.
